PLACE recruits across the spectrum of ICT. We successfully place technical and non-technical candidates in roles ranging from graduate level to executive management.

We well appreciate the criticality of IT and how it impacts strategically and operationally on a business.

We don’t actively seek recruitment projects outside ICT. This enables us to concentrate on excellence in what we do. We bring an excellent knowledge of trends, opportunities, candidates, scarce skill sets and other key employment considerations.

Hands-on directors

We very deliberately remain a small team. Our owners are all involved with our clients on day-to-day business. You will deal directly with those who hold ultimate responsibility: no waiting for decisions to be ratified by an overseas owner or board.

History

We launched PLACE Recruitment in 2011, which replaced the name IDPE Consulting Group. IDPE was established in 1973 as New Zealand’s first specialist IT Recruitment Company. In its 38 years of operation, IDPE has had a varied and interesting history with a number of changes in ownership and strategy. What has been consistent throughout has been our expertise and focus on IT recruitment.
